Project Overview
At Rootally AI, I managed the Allycare app, an AI-driven tool for real-time fitness, posture, and health insights, enhancing user experience. I collaborated with a team to revamp the app’s user experience and visual design. My key project was redesigning the UI to make navigation intuitive, streamline user flows, and create a consistent look that supported health assessments, reports, and personalized insights all while staying true to the brand’s vision.

Execution and Impact
UI/UX Design
I sharpened my UI/UX skills by redesigning onboarding flows to improve usability and simplify navigation. Team input helped refine layouts, and user testing with interactive prototypes led to a 30% increase in assignment flow access, making the experience more intuitive.
Visuals
I enhanced app visuals through icons, standees, and mailers, balancing branding with functionality. Iterative improvements elevated the overall look while solving design challenges that delivered real business value.
Video Editing
I created product demo videos that clearly explained workflows. By adjusting cuts and pacing for clarity and impact, I improved visual storytelling and helped the team better connect with users. One of the demo videos I created to pitch the app’s workflow significantly boosted our deal-closing rate. Watch the video here.
Business Decks
I developed business decks that improved conversion rates by 25%. Each draft combined data and visuals effectively, strengthening strategic communication and aligning with business goals.
Social Media Marketing
I designed campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube to build brand visibility and engage users. Through testing visuals and captions, I crafted a consistent voice and expanded audience reach.
Takeaway
My experiance with Rootally AI was quite challenging but interesting. I was solving a problem in a completely new space, and there was a lot to learn about the organization itself before I could even dive deep on my specific project. Nevertheless, these challenges proved to be a huge catalyst for my growth and drove me to perform new tasks and pushed me outside of my comfort zone with new experiences. Overall, I learned how to tackle problems from a high level before getting into the details, and I've certainly become more familiar with collaborating cross-functionally.
